Watch Dwight Howard Do His Charles Barkley Impression

Watch Dwight Howard Do His Charles Barkley Impression, Dwight Howard had Chicago sports reporters cracking up Thursday before the Orlando Magic-Chicago Bulls game when he gave them a taste of his Charles Barkley and Shaq impressions.

A reporter asked Howard to give them a taste of his impersonation skills to start the press conference. When one remarked they didn’t know he had the talent, he asked, “Where you guys been?”

As Charles Barkley, Howard said the key to the game was stopping Derrick Rose:

“If you want to stop the Bulls, the first thing you got to do is get back and contain Derrick Rose. Derrick Rose is the player thing I have ever seen with a ball in his hands. We just watched film on Derrick Rose; he took two dribbles and got from the free throw line to the rim. In two dribbles.”

As for Rose’s game-winning antics Wednesday, Howard (still as Barkley) said Rose was the real deal.

“I saw the game-winning shot — Derrick Rose is the truth. Fast does not lie.”

Howard was also asked to give reporters a taste of Shaq.

“Can I do Shaq? I don’t have captions, I can’t talk.” Howard then mumbled and said, “That’s Shaq.”

The joking around was a welcome change of pace from talk of a possible trade, Howard said.
