Weather Conditions Cool In The UAE, The cool weather has made a yet another comeback after a spell of summer-like conditions across the UAE. It will be windy, dusty, cool and foggy.

North-westerly winds have been blowing over coastal areas. The National Centre of Meteorology and Seismology (NCMS) yesterday raised the alert level to orange (be prepared). Normally it is in the yellow range (be aware). Winds were blowing at 50 to 70 km/h, particularly in coastal areas.

The NCMS said the region will be under the influence of an extension of low pressure over the north and east of Iran and an extension of high pressure coming from the northwest (northern and central Saudi Arabia).

This system will cause fresh north-westerly winds, becoming strong at times especially over the sea and western areas, and will move gradually towards the rest of the country. This will blow up sand and dust could remain in the air. The national weather bureau said it could also lead to poor visibility.

The NCMS has advised motorists to take care due to the expected poor visibility. People suffering from respiratory allergies have been asked to take care and avoid exposure to the dust.
