Forget the rest of the drama, Kris Humphries claims his biggest issue with their high-profile divorce is that Kim wants to keep all the wedding gifts and won’t return them to their rightful owners.

Get this: Not only has the 27-year-old basketballer allegedly not seen a single prezzie from the reality couple’s big day, Hollywood Life is reporting Kim is hoarding the gifts for herself and refusing to give them back. In the words of Stephanie Tanner, “How rude!”

A source close to the K. Hump alleges, “Kris has never seen any of his gifts. He doesn’t have a list of any of the gifts. He feels the gifts are communal property in the marriage and therefore, they should have been at least divided 50/50.” The source also claims one of the goodies Kim’s holding onto is a shiny new Ferrari.

Some reports claim that Kimmie K has exchanged some of the lavish loot for Rolexes for her famous fam (who clearly can afford them on their own!). Other rumors allege Kim has returned some swanky swag for money to give to charity.

The star of Keeping Up with the Kardashian is claimed by the U.S. website TMZ gossip to have hired Singer pit bull “to pursue legal Marty Jonathan Jaxson for libel.

And the site says it will ask for a cool $ 200k to repair the damage she feels his comments have caused to her reputation.

It is apparently furious that Jaxson, who she says she worked briefly several years ago and remembers just decided to “spill the beans” on the issues it claims it has no knowledge of – just when it happens to have a book.

Kim’s lawyer told TMZ: “Everything he says is false and absurd that guy is in it to promote themselves for his 15 minutes of fame.”

The site also claims that Kim believes that it has obtained Jaxson to sign a confidentiality agreement, which he is now violating.

But Jaxson was quoted as responding: “. I never signed an agreement on confidentiality with Kim Kardashian, I have in my possession an agreement which does not have a signature, or parts of it.”
