Ozzy’s new $10M digs: Ozzy $10 Million

Ozzy’s new $10M digs: Ozzy $10 Million, Ozzy Osbourne has a pending purchase on a luxe, $10 million Beverly Hills spread in the highly coveted North Arden neighborhood, TMZ.com reports. Tucked behind gates, this 5,680-square-foot English countryside-style mansion, formerly owned by film executive and producer Alan Ladd Jr., features five bedrooms, 5.5 baths, and a true slice of British beauty. (Maybe it cures any homesickness Ozzy feels for his native land.)
Overflowing with wild roses and English ivy, the 17,760-square-foot lot features a secluded, grotto-style pool and spa as well as a two-story guesthouse with vaulted ceilings and its own garage.
Built in 1988, the home would be a great place for the bat-eating metal man and his wife, Sharon, to live out their golden years. Since selling their previous home to Jessica Simpson, they’ve been on a renting spree around Los Angeles and put their palatial Hidden Hills home up for rent in 2012. But as we all know, moving is a pain. (Though we doubt Ozzy does much of the heavy lifting.)
But despite his boatload of millions, Ozzy’s heart is clearly in the right place: He just donated $10,000 to an after-school program for aspiring percussionists.
Ozzy isn’t the only chronic home seller in the family. Daughter Kelly Osbourne recently ditched her home in the “Bird Streets” of the Hollywood Hills less than a year after purchasing it. And son Jack Osbourne has become quite the successful house flipper himself.
