Missing sisters found: Missing Minnesota Sisters

Published: November 19, 2015

Missing sisters found: Missing Minnesota Sisters, Two sisters who have been missing since 2013 were found Wednesday on a horse farm in Minnesota.

KMSP reports that Gianna and Samantha Rucki, ages 17 and 16, went missing in April 2013 during a custody battle between their parents.

The girls at that time told KMSP that they ran away and did not want to be with their father. Their mother, Sandra Grazzini-Rucki, has maintained she didn’t know where they were.

But she was arrested last month in Florida on charges of deprivation of parental rights.

Police say the sisters were in good health when found at the horse farm. Authorities say they believe an underground support group has aided them since they first were reported missing.

Authorities say they will be taken back to Dakota County to be reunited with their father.
