Migrants Polar Bear: Migrants Get Shock

Migrants Polar Bear: Migrants Get Shock, A group of migrants who sneaked into a UK-bound lorry in Calais got the shock of their lives when they found themselves face to face with a polar bear on its way from Russia to a new home in Yorkshire.
The four young men hastily forced open the truck’s back doors on a road leading to the French town’s port and climbed in to evade detection by police. Port security staff had staged a strike yesterday, triggering major tailbacks and leaving trucks vulnerable to migrant intrusions.
However, to their horror, they realised there was a huge and apparently angry polar bear sitting in a cage in the back.
One of the four men immediately fled in terror, but the other three chose to jump in anyway.
The lorry was being driven from Frankfurt to the Yorkshire Wildlife Park near Doncaster, where the 22-month-old bear Nissan – originally from Moscow – is being resettled.
The migrants were spotted by park personnel following in vehicles behind, who alerted the lorry driver and police.
Minutes later, police arrived and ordered the three migrants out of the truck – taking care not to further distress the beast beside them.
A witness told The Sun: “They must have had the surprise of their lives. It shows how desperate they are to get to Britain.”
