Out the three attacks, ISIS claims responsibility for the attacks in Tunisia and Kuwait. The ISIS chose, the soft targets – a seaside resort in Tunisia and Al-Sadiq mosque in Kuwait’s capital during Friday prayers – for the senseless blood bath.
