Julia selling home?: Julia Roberts Apartment, Julia Roberts is reportedly selling her New York apartment for $4.5 million.

The New York Post’s Page Six reports that the 47-year-old has put her 2,000-square-foot, three-bedroom, three-bathroom Greenwich Village property on the market because she is spending more time in California.

The property boasts a wood-burning fireplace and a terrace which is ideal for entertaining, while the paper describes the home’s decor as ‘easy breezy’ and ‘Hamptons/California-style beachy.’

Pretty Woman star Julia is said to ‘still love’ New York and has no plans to sell her Gramercy Park house, though that is currently rented out to someone else.

The Hollywood beauty has twin children, Hazel and Phinnaeus, 10, and Henry, seven, with husband Daniel Moder, 46.

She recently told ET that the movie industry is a harder thing these days due to people’s attitudes.

‘I think it was easier back when I was starting, probably than it is now,’ she said. ‘People were nicer, I think.

‘There’s just a lot of anonymity now for critiquing people and pretending that you know people, and I think that that becomes complex. There are just a lot of people who hide.’

However, when asked to advise young hopefuls on what they should do, the Normal Heart star insisted she wasn’t the right person to ask.

She said her advice would be: ‘Don’t take advice from actors. Ever.’

Regardless, Julia’s movie career continues to go from strength to strength and she has just completed work on new FBI movie, Secret In Their Eyes.

She is currently filming Money Monster alongside good friend George Clooney and Dominic West.

MailOnline has contacted a spokesperson for Julia Roberts for further comment.
