John Travolta And First Accuser, The first masseur to sue John Travolta for S-EX-ual battery has dismissed his federal complaint – but the second masseur is digging in, his lawyer told the Daily News. The masseur who claimed Travolta groped him in the Beverly Hills Hotel Jan. 16 only to learn later that the “Pulp Fiction” star was in New York at the time is no longer a party to the $2 million federal lawsuit still being pursued by a different masseur in Atlanta, lawyer Okorie Okorocha told the Daily News.

The first masseur – identified as John Doe No. 1 – pulled the plug early Tuesday after Okorocha asked him to find a new lawyer, federal court records reveal.

The identity of the second masseur is not revealed, but a source confirmed a recent Inside Edition report that he worked at the Mandarin Oriental hotel in Atlanta.

John Doe No. 2 claims in his filing that the Oscar nominee grabbed at his crotch, masturbated in his presence and tried to force a happy ending during a private massage Jan. 28.

Travolta’s lawyer has denounced the claims as baseless, saying both accusers are looking for fame and a quick buck.

Okorocha said the Atlanta masseur, who is African American and married with two children, has no plans to back down.

“Believe me, he’s not going anywhere. He was really traumatized by this,” Okorocha said. “He went to the doctor for anxiety. This is somebody in the south, not Beverly Hills. When a brother is going to the doctor for anxiety, it has to be pretty bad.”

Okorocha confirmed his client sent an email to his bosses resigning as lead therapist shortly after the incident. He asked to continue as a therapist with no management responsibilities, the lawyer said.

“I was under the assumption that as a part of management, management would support me and expect employees to do likewise,” the email obtained by RadarOnline reads. “Insubordination, disrespect and unnecessary gossip are not qualities that I am accustomed to and will not accept.” (New York Daily News)
