Iggy Azalea had work done?: Iggy Azalea Plastic Surgery, Iggy Azalea debuted her new face at the Billboard Music Awards May 17, but she’s actually had thoughts about changing her look since she was just a child, HollywoodLife.com has EXCLUSIVELY learned. Find out how longtime insecurities pushed her into plastic surgery!

Fans were pretty shocked by Iggy Azalea’s, 24, noticeably more defined nose and chin at the Billboard Music Awards on May 17, and while the rapper has yet to confirm it herself, it seems she’s definitely had some work done on her face! HollywoodLife.com has the scoop on what led the rapper to make such a drastic change to her facial features.

“Iggy has a crippling insecurity about her looks. She was very awkward growing up, and felt like she was teased about her appearance,” an insider told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. “It’s heartbreaking — she actually dislikes almost everything about her appearance. She is changing herself into a whole new person.”

Indeed, the Aussie has already proudly admitted to getting breast implants, and after the BBMAs, she wrote, “Loving my new look,” on Instagram. So, yeah…we definitely wouldn’t be surprised if she had something done.

Plus, we spoke with two plastic surgeons, who confirmed our suspicions. “It’s obvious that she underwent Rhinoplasty recently, since the nose looks different. She also appears to have had a chin implant,” Dr. Yoel Shahar of the National Look Institute told HollywoodLife.com.

Dr. David Cangello agrees, explaining, “The tip of her nose looks much more defined. Her chin definitely looks more projected, as well.”

Regardless of her look, the Billboard Awards were a huge night for Iggy — she debuted her new song “Pretty Girls” with Britney Spears in an epic performance!

Both ladies looked absolutely amazing for the set, with Brit bringing back some of her incredible dance moves, as well as her awesome body in a sheer bodysuit.
