Grey’s Anatomy Season 8, Grey’s Anatomy season 8 is coming to an end this week with episode 24, “Flight,” the finale, and while it is going to be showing the aftermath of the big plane crash at the end of “Migration,” those back in Seattle Grace have no idea what happened. So what are they up to?
Grey’s Season 8 Episode 24 “Flight” Spoilers
According to TV Guide, “back at the hospital, Dr. Webber plans a very special dinner for all the residents before they depart Seattle Grace—possibly for good.” Without even taking into consideration the plane crash and the fact that Meredith and Cristina were on board, it wasn’t looking like any of the residents were going to be at Seattle Grace in the future. There is one who does want to stay—April—because she has nowhere else to go, but Owen had to tell her no. So a farewell dinner seems to be just what’s on board for the future for these doctors.
However, you do have to wonder if this dinner that Webber’s planning in the Grey’s Anatomy season 8 finale will even happen. No one knows what’s going to come of that plane crash. Meredith and Cristina, the two residents on board who were planning to definitely leave Seattle behind, could change their minds in the aftermath of it. Besides, with the big death that’s coming up, no one’s really going to be in a “special dinner” kind of mood. Will Webber’s efforts all be a waste? (Gather)
