Erin Andrews Video Tape, Erin Andrews, ESPN reporter, filed a complaint and 10 million for invasion of privacy against the man who was convicted of her harassment and against the Marriott West End in Nashville when the incident took place.

The trial stems from the occurrence in 2008, when a native of Chicago, Michael Barrett, and Andrews’s peephole video attached to hotel rooms and its filmed in the n**e. The videos were then posted on the Internet and remain available to viewers, even after Andrews and tireless efforts of her lawyer to get the videos removed. Reuters reports the man was convicted in 2010 and is currently serving a two-and-a-half-years in federal prison.

Andrews is seeking $ 6 million in damages from the Marriott Hotel West End for negligence according to the complaint, saying that Barrett Andrews was at the hotel and then allowing it to get a room next to her. The trial is continuing Barrett for a reported $ 4 million.

According to The Tennessean, the hotel declined to comment on the case to come, but that ther has changed it policy since 2008. Jeff Flaherty, Marriott spokesman told the newspaper: “We have updated our registration procedures prompted to further enhance the privacy of guests.”

Since 2008, Andrews continued her duties as a journalist with ESPN and most recently seen on the 10 season of Dancing with the Stars.
