Erin Andrews’ BF charged: Jarret Stoll

Erin Andrews’ BF charged: Jarret Stoll, Erin Andrews’ boyfriend, Jarret Stoll, faces up to four years in prison if convicted of cocaine possession, according to The Orange County Register. Stoll, center for the Los Angeles Kings, was charged with one felony count of cocaine position on Monday following his April 17 arrest in Las Vegas. Security at the MGM Grand’s Wet Republic pool complex found cocaine and the drug MDMA on the NHL player during a voluntary pat-down.
MDMA was not mentioned in the complaint filed by the Clark County DA on Monday.
Stoll, who turns 33 on Wednesday, has his first court date on July 1, the same day he’s scheduled to become an unrestricted free agent. The NHL deputy commissioner Bill Daly has not comment on whether the Kings members since 2008 will face suspension.
“Yes, we are aware of the news. No, we don’t have any comment at this time,” Daly said in an email response to the Register.
The native Canadian hockey player could receive a suspended sentence and probation as an alternative to the max prison sentence, but a conviction could also jeopardize his immigration status.
“I’m hopeful there will be a fair resolution,” Stoll’s attorney, David Chesnoff, told the Los Angeles Times on Monday.
