Dog Rescued By Dolphins, When 11-year-old doberman pincher Turbo escaped from his home Sunday night, made some unexpected new friends.
Owner Cindy Burnett said her dog was missing for more than 15 hours when neighbors heard a loud splash in a nearby canal. In investigating the scene, found stranded in shallow waters Turbo, surrounded by – yes – the dolphins.
A very grateful Burnett said her company was “shaking and in many of anguish … if I had to tread water all night, I would not have been able to.”
