Britney Spears Nails X-Factor, Britney Spears may have just closed a $15 million dollar deal to become part of ‘The X Factor’ this fall as a judge, but it looks like the pop star isn’t willing to fork over a few bucks for something as simple as a manicure.
The singer, 30, showed up to the Fox Upfront event in New York City on Monday sporting a body-hugging purple dress – and some very bloody cuticles.
Spears, who has admitted to nervously biting her nails in the past, might have been feeling the pressure prior to Monday’s announcement that she was joining the network’s talent competition show.
Her fingernails looked especially ragged underneath her enormous, 3-carat diamond engagement ring, given to her by fiance and former manager Jason Trawick in December.
But Britney might be in need of more than just a trip to the nail salon. Earlier on Monday Spears appeared in a short white mini dress that showed off her famous pop star legs – and what looks to be a bit of cellulite.
Spears joins the ‘X Factor’ alongside Demi Lovato, replacing former judges Paula Abdul and Nicole Scherzinger. (New York Daily News)
