Baby Lisa Irwin Found, A lawyer for the mother of her half brother of Lisa 8-year-old said she filed a custody case of emergency Monday to remove the boy from Deborah Bradley and the boy’s father, Jeremy Bradley.Also Monday, the police announced that they want to talk to a new witness in the case of the mystery phone call from a home equity Irwin.
An official with the court recognized the papers were filed on behalf of the boy’s mother, Rasleen RAIM at the Courthouse Clay County, but declined to provide details.
“Now more than ever, she is concerned for the safety of her baby, comfort and peace of mind,” Attorney Dorothy Savory said in a statement. “Rasleen misses her son and has always and will always love him.”
Raim is the mother of the half-brother of 8 years who lived in the home Northern Lister.
RAIM and Jeremy Irwin, father of Lisa, once lived together at home when Lisa disappeared Northland.
In 2008, the couple disputed the custody of the child and Jeremy Irwin was awarded full custody.
Savory said it filed an emergency motion for temporary custody and a motion to change child custody / visitation.
“Ms. Raim has always kept her son, Blake Irwin, in her thoughts and prayers,” said Savory.
